9. Right to Erasure ("Forget Me") - Drivers
9.1 How to request deletion of your data
- Open the Messenger (WhatsApp, Telegram) and navigate to bot menu My Profile
- Select "Forget Me"
- Confirm the request when prompted
If the driver has any active or assigned jobs, deletion is temporarily blocked until all jobs are completed or dropped.
9.2 What happens when "Forget Me" is confirmed
- The driver account is deactivated
- Messaging identifiers are removed
- Personal identification data is irreversibly anonymized
- The anonymized record can no longer be linked to the individual
9.3 Retained operational records
Certain anonymized operational records may be retained for legal, accounting, audit, and analytics purposes.
9.4 Re-registration after deletion
A new registration is required to use the App again after deletion.
10. Right to Erasure ("Forget Me") - Companies
10.1 How to request deletion of the company's data
- On account termination, our technical staff will execute a Data Deletion procedure.
- The Data Deletion Execution protocol will be prepared and submitted to the representative of your company.
- On request, a demonstrated SQL data fetch protocol can be provided.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published within the App or on our website with a revised date.
